| Description | Compensation is the study of the design, implementation, administration, and maintenance of the monetary reward systems of an organization. The primary objective of this course is to help the students develop a solid understanding of the strategies, issues, process, and techniques involved in developing and administering a compensation system. The course is designed to enable the students to gain knowledge of: Both the theoretical and applied aspects of the compensation functions in HRM;The linkage between the compensation functions and the organizational management process;The compensation strategies that will add the greatest possible value to specific organizations;The compensation system design and implementation necessary to attract, retain, and motivate the required workforce. |
