Description

This applied course introduces students to the principles of customer journey mapping and user experience design within contemporary marketing. The course emphasizes how customer journey mapping informs strategic marketing decisions that enhance customer value and satisfaction across touchpoints. Students will analyze each stage of the customer journey to identify opportunities for engagement and understand how organizations design experiences to meet evolving customer needs. Through hands-on projects, students will apply user experience principles, develop personas, and craft journey maps that address real-world market challenges. By course end, students will be equipped to create impactful marketing strategies that drive customer loyalty and brand success.
