| Description | This course examines the complex and highly regulated domestic beverage alcohol supply chain. Supply chain management in the beverage alcohol industry involves the planning and management of the flow of products and services from producer to consumer. To do so successfully requires accurately forecasting and aligning supply and demand, appropriate product marketing, the development of good supplier relationships, streamlining logistics and warehousing operations, complying with legislation, regulations and reporting requirements, efficient order fulfilment and the utilization of fully integrated technology solutions. |
