Description

Storytelling is a key way to teach children about the world, its mysteries, and how we live. Many traditional children’s stories now exist in historically-new forms: movies, television series, toys and games. Broad familiarity with these (and classics of non-Western media) is fundamental to the creation of new products. In addition to fostering an appreciation for Children’s Books, Film TV, Series and videos, this survey course will serve as an orientation to Children’s content and an introduction to some of its best and most memorable stories.
