| Description | Sustainably is part of the planning product of any successful event. Students will have the opportunity to learn how to reduce, reuse, and recycle products. This course will also include using environmentally friendly products in décor options, food and beverage, energy and fuel reductions, and the creation of effective event waste management and composting programs. |
