| Description | This course will provide the student with opportunities to develop word building and vocabulary skills necessary for verbal and written professional communication within the health care setting. The focus of this course will be on spelling, pronunciation and comprehension of terminology commonly used by health care professionals. The content will correlate with body systems covered in ANAT100. Learning activities will include interactive learning, speaking and written exercises, use of audio CDs, videotaping and/or audio taping and peer feedback. |
