| Description | This course is intended to build on the knowledge, skills and attitudes acquired in the therapeutic relationship and to move students toward practice as a graduate. Concepts and issues introduced in the earlier course are expanded based upon the experiences of the student therapist. The student is involved in developing strategies to avoid burn-out and/or career disenchantment. This course will introduce students to different theories and techniques for communication and understanding “at risk” behaviors in the Massage Therapy field. |
