Description | This course provides a basis for understanding the relationship between the various components of tourism, food, culture and attractions by exploring how a destination transforms into a tourist destination. Learners will study what makes a tourist destination popular or unpopular and the role of the tourist in selecting an appropriate tourism product. How each sector of the industry develops and promotes its products and services to maximize revenue potential will also be analyzed. |
