| Description | Recent Correctional Services Canada statistics indicate that 11% of the prison inmate pop-ulation is comprised of sexual offenders. Explore the following issues to gain a better understanding of the sexual offender: non-contact sexual offences (exhibitionism, voyeurism); sexual assaults against children (child molesters); sexual assaults against women (rapists); survivors of sexual assault (the impact on victims); and the assessment, treatment and incarceration of offenders. |
