| Description | This course includes an overview of the underwriter’s role as an investor of shareholder capital on behalf of the insurer. Topics will explore the evolution of the role and demonstrate how the underwriter accepts or rejects risk for the insurer, the required temperament of the underwriter, and the characteristics applied in individual property, liability and automobile risks. |
