| Description | This course introduces Universal Design for Learning (UDL) as a framework for creating inclusive, flexible and accessible learning environments in school settings. Students explore how UDL principles support diverse learners by reducing barriers to learning and promoting engagement, participation and achievement for all students, including those with disabilities. The course also examines school-based supports, accommodations, and collaborative practices that align with UDL to strengthen student success across educational contexts. Attention is also given to the role of assistive technology in enhancing access, communication, independence and meaningful participation in learning. |
