| Description | Web Application Development is the third course in a sequence of web courses, following COMP213 and COMP125. In this course, students learn how to design, code, and test a full-stack web application. Major topics include front-end and back-end development, connecting to various databases or data stores to query or manipulate data, and displaying results in the browser, as well as securing and deploying complex web applications on production servers. Students apply various open-source front-end and back-end frameworks to build a web application and API. |
