This course will teach you what you need to know about stress. It will provide skills for immediate application which will contribute towards a life-long program of stress management. Learn to recognize stressors and how they impact personal, societal health and workplace well-being. Explore the elements of a balanced lifestyle by applying health behaviors such as active living, relaxation, healthy nutrition and sleep. Learn how to manage time, pace and change. You will participate in group activities, discussions, reflection and awareness exercises, as well as behavior change planning.
