Description | This course is designed to give learners a general understanding of the three basic categories of alcoholic beverages: wine, beer and spirits. The focus is on the historical, geographic and varietal development of each alcohol. The student will learn how to dispense a wide selection of alcoholic beverages. They will learn how to follow standardized drink recipes and use the correct sequences, techniques, garnishes and appropriate glassware. |
