| Description | The Work Term is designed to help students integrate classroom learning and on-the-job experience. Through a paid employment opportunity with an industry partner, students will apply theoretical knowledge and practical skills developed as part of their academic program. Through development of a formal presentation and work report, students research and analyze a current organizational challenge and propose an innovative technical solution to address a business problem. Students also reflect and assess personal learning goals and professional skills developed as part of the employment experience. |
