Description | In this course, students will learn to manage data projects using a variety of Agile and project management techniques and practical exercises. Students will learn how to use Agile planning techniques to break down data analysis projects into manageable tasks, create user stories, and estimate efforts effectively as well as monitoring project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track will be key skills that students will acquire. Students will also learn the significance of engaging stakeholders throughout the Agile project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between project deliverables and objectives while safeguarding sensitive data and complying with relevant regulations. By the end of the course, students will be well-equipped to excel in Project Management within Agile Environments, particularly in the realm of data analysis, enabling them to lead projects with confidence, efficiency, and effectiveness. |
