As citizens of the world, we must recognize and build on the strengths of our diversity, including our multiple religious beliefs. This course develops students' awareness and understanding of contemporary world religions by investigating the distinct features of each religion, and its shared elements across faiths. Students will study the history, core beliefs, practices, and traditions of each religion while developing a greater knowledge of their own and others' personal beliefs and world view. |
