Understanding stress not only as an individual factor but as a social phenomenon rooted is specific socio-economic conditions. Observe and acquire valuable insights into comprehending and handling stress within the larger framework of personal life and situations.

This workshop is in partnership with the Ontario Human Rights Commission (OHRC) is tailored to address the needs of students who are newcomers to Canada. The workshop will familiarize students with the Ontario Human Rights Code and build strategies for dealing with discrimination and harassment including ways of accessing the OHRC.
