Who Should Attend
You should join a session if you are in:
- Graduate Certificate Program: Semester 1
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma Program (not a Professional Technology Year): Semester 2
- Professional Technology Year (PTY) Engineering Program: Semester 4

Apply to Your Co-op Program
You will receive an email with a registration link to apply for co‑op.
Application deadline: Monday, Feb. 16, 2026.
Business Diploma and Business Advanced Diploma students, please note: If you join the co‑op program, you will take a full course load in Summer 2026. This includes the Co‑op Employment Preparation course as well as your regular program courses. This follows the co‑op model for your program, even if the non‑co‑op version has a summer break.

If your program is not on the list, check your list of courses on your program page; it may include or have an option to add a placement or internship.
All students and graduates are invited to speak to an Employment Advisor to speak about getting more co-curricular, paid, and/or volunteer experience to support your goals. Book an appointment on Experience Centennial.
Please review your program's prerequisites to ensure that you are prepared.
You will be notified by email about Co-op Information Sessions and the application process for your program during the appropriate semester of your studies. The deadline to apply for co-op may be in the month of October, February, or June. Monitor your email for details!
Note: Attendance at a Co-op Question and Answer Session does not automatically qualify you for the co-op program. You must also meet the prerequisites.
