Message From the Vice-President of Industry, Employment, and Community Relations (IECR)

On behalf of Centennial College, I welcome you to Homecoming 2023!

One of our goals is to preserve a mutually beneficial, enduring relationship among students and Centennial College. We are constantly seeking meaningful ways to embrace your needs and unite our efforts to continue your educational, career, and life journey.

You left the school with established friendships that stand the test of time. Friends that you made at Centennial College have helped you build your path towards independence and are the same friends you reconnect with today with the same level of comfort and ease. This is a special characteristic of the Centennial experience.

Our college is going through many changes. Dr. Craig Stephenson, President, and CEO is leading us, and delivering the vision and plan to move Centennial College successfully into the future. The Board of Governors are providing a steady hand to ensure our vision and mission are met. Let us work together to support the growth of our College and prepare it to shape future generations.

I urge you to become an active participant and share in the exciting activities and opportunities this College has to offer. There are a variety of ways you can support and play a part in Centennial's continued success. This includes attending events, cheering for our teams, staying connected to each other and the College. Through the Alumni and Friends website you can: find out about upcoming activities/events, learn about what is happening on-campus, participate in workforce and career development sessions, and much more.

Wherever you are, at whatever stage of life you are in, there is something here for you. I encourage you to share and use the College’s social media platforms to engage with the school’s network and maintain your personal connection to the College.

We are excited about the direction and future of Centennial College and look forward to sharing information regularly throughout the year. My ask of you is your participation. Re-engage with your Centennial family, come back to your home at Centennial College and revisit your college experience.

Choose to continue to be a part of Centennial College to create new experiences and memories.

Sincerely,

Manjit Jheeta
Vice-President of Industry, Employment, and Community Relations
