The newly-formed Centennial College Research Board (CCRB) will promote all research-based activity at Centennial College and champion promising practices and common approaches in research methodology for the purpose of elevating Centennial’s reputation as a high performing College research institution. The CCRB will also promote and encourage promising practices surrounding community-based research and principles of Ownership, Control, Access and Possession (OCAP) with respect to Indigenous research, data sovereignty, and knowledge.
Members of the CCRB will consist of executives from various disciplines throughout the College who conduct research or provide access to services to assist in research initiatives and individual researchers, and will be selected by the Chairs of the CCRB with consultation from the Vice-President, Academic and Chief Learning Officer of Centennial College.
