The Purchasing Department of Centennial College serves the College community, Ontario residents and vendors by purchasing goods and services in compliance with the BPS Directives to achieve best value for money, and purchasing these goods to support the College’s objectives to achieve excellence in education.

Mission

The Purchasing department provides functional management, leadership and policy direction for procurement activities.

Goal

The goal of the department is to ensure the College effectively manages its acquisition process. We strive to help our internal clients get what they need when they need it at fair and reasonable prices, using the best methods and tools, ensuring adherence to high standards of professional and service integrity. We provide an open, fair, transparent and competitive process for all vendors.

The Procurement Initiative website is designed to assist users who do or would like to do business with Centennial College. Requests for Tender (over $100,000) will be publicly advertised and issued through MERX. Addenda if required will be issued in the same manner as the original document.
