I have been a practicing social worker since 2005. I graduated from X University (formerly Ryerson) where I received my BSW. I continued my education, in 2009, at University of Toronto where I received my MSW. I have been teaching at Centennial since 2016 when the AMHW program began. I also have a part-time private practice.
My Interest in Research: I developed my passion for research while attending X University. I have participated on a number of research projects that focused on Aboriginal Health and Well-being and harm reduction approaches to social work practice.
My Teaching Philosophy: Whether online or face – to – face, I teach incorporating many learner styles. My main philosophy is based on inclusive teachings such as UDL.
