Every year, we get a chance to showcase our excellence in skilled trades and technology education at the Skills Ontario Competition. Each year, the skills competition has students spend the day engaging in special competitions themed around their area of study. At the Skills Ontario 2025 competition, we earned the College Award of Distinction for the seventh consecutive year—an honour recognizing the top-performing institution based on student scores and top-10 finishes. Competing in 36 skilled trades contests, 88 Centennial students earned 19 medals: eight gold, five silver, and six bronze, in categories ranging from aircraft maintenance to web design.
