Join us this Black History Month as the School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts hosts an event for Centennial College students providing information about the courses offered in Caribbean and African cooking. These courses will focus on teaching students how to prepare authentic dishes using local ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the month of February.
