Jill of all Trades™ is an initiative to encourage girls from Grades 9-12 to consider a career in the skilled trades. Designed for young women, this day-long event is packed with activities and hands-on learning opportunities, fostering a better understanding and appreciation for skilled trades and inspiring them to consider skilled trades as a career option.
This event is a collaborative effort, with the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Engineering Technology, Trades, and Transportation (ASENT³), School College Work Initiative (SCWI), the Office of Development, Government and Industry Relations, and the Community Outreach divisions all working together to bring this impactful day to life.
