Welcome Survey

Welcome first semester students! We want to hear from you. Complete the survey using the link sent to your email on May 26, for a chance to win. The survey is open from May 26 - June 26.

Prizes:

All students who complete the Welcome Survey will be entered into a draw to win one of the following prizes:

• Three grand prizes of $100 added to myCard and 2 Chromebooks (open box) at the end of the survey period
• $50 Amazon e-gift cards in a weekly prize draw of 6 cards (1-2 at the end of each week)
• One Early Bird prize of $75 added to myCard (complete by May 27th, 2023 to be automatically entered in the Early Bird draw). 

*One draw entry per student, taking the survey multiple times will not provide multiple draw entries.
