As part of our ongoing commitment to educating students for career success and ensuring the long-term sustainability of this mission, Centennial College is providing an update on upcoming adjustments to full-time academic program offerings.
We are making some additional changes for the 2026-2027 academic year, which runs from Fall 2026 through Summer 2027. The following changes come after a comprehensive review of programs to ensure alignment with student demand and labour market needs.
New programs introduced for the 2026–2027 academic year:
- Honours Bachelor of Business Administration - International Business
Programs that will not admit new students for the 2026–2027 academic year (suspended):
- Digital Health Engineering Technology
- Financial Services (inclusive of Business Administration – Finance)
- Food Media
- Interactive Media Management
- Internet of Things – System Architecture and Integration
- Mechanical Engineering Technology – Industrial
- Performing Arts Fundamentals
Previously announced updates on program offerings for the 2026-2027 academic cycle can be found here.
While some programs won't be admitting new students to future intakes, current students will have the opportunity to complete their studies and graduate with an education that prepares them for career success. Current students include those already enrolled and those who will begin their program in January 2026.
Program adjustments ensure offerings remain current and sustainable. While these adjustments are a normal part of college operations, recent policy changes affecting international student enrolments have made a higher-than-usual number of program suspensions necessary in 2025.
Centennial continues to provide more than 100 programs across in-demand fields, maintaining responsiveness to labour market needs and relevance to student success. For the current status of all Centennial programs, please see our Program Availability Information page, which is regularly updated.
