Description | Account management is a pivotal and exciting role involved in every area of advertising. In this course, you'll step into the account manager's shoes, developing and practicing critical problem-solving, teamwork, time and project management skills while you work through a Brand Project Case. In this project, you'll examine brand problems, define consumer market segments and explore agency systems, procedures and the process of developing an advertising strategy that meets a brand's communication needs. Finally, an account manager's toolkit would be incomplete without excellent communication skills, including managing expectations, listening, and building solid relationships. |
