| Description | Introduction to the laws that affect the non-union employment relationship in Canada, with a particular focus on Ontario. A broad range of workplace laws is covered, including human rights, employment standards, pay equity, employment equity, occupational health and safety, workers' compensation, privacy, and common law of contracts. Prerequisite: ADMN 2220H and 2230H. |
