| Description | This course will build on the writing skills students come into the program with and apply them specifically to food writing including; recipes, food and restaurant reviews, articles, blogs, postings using multimedia and social media platforms. Students will be equipped to use words that paint the picture of a food destination or draft a food business proposal. Other writing topics covered includes speeches, presentations, reports and writing for food marketing. |
