| Description | Examine the effects of altered physiological processes experienced in terminal illness, as well as the planning to achieve supportive and holistic treatment/intervention measures for symptom control. Cover pathological manifestations: the effects on clients and their families; and planning interventions and complementary modalities. Also, consider the impact of HIV/AIDS on the quality of life, as well as holistic approaches/interventions to meet active treatment and comfort goals. |
