Spiritual wellness involves finding meaning in your experiences and defining your purpose. Values, beliefs, ethics, morals and religious faith define spirituality and contribute to how you see yourself in the world. Being spiritually sound enables you to strike a balance between what lies within you and the external factors and forces you face.
Many people explore their path to spiritual wellness through meditation, prayer, affirmations or specific spiritual practices that connect them to a higher power or belief system. Yoga, meditation or connecting with nature can also help to develop spiritual wellness.
We welcome people with diverse spiritual and religious backgrounds to visit and explore the meditation and prayer rooms located on each campus.
