How to Book an Appointment with a SETAS Success Advisor

1. Go to the online booking page based on your cluster (see cluster information below in the contact section):

• In-Person Programs: Aerospace / Online Programs: Artificial Intelligence, Health Informatics, Game-Programming, Software Technology

2. Select a desired appointment date, time and SETAS Student Advisor (optional). Appointments can be made up to 7 days in advance. Please note: Advising appointments will not be available during Registration. If you need assistance please submit a CASS request.

3. It is mandatory that you enter your contact details, including your my.centennial email address, then click the "Book" button.

4. A confirmation email will be sent to the primary email address provided, keep the future email for reference and to make changes to your future booking. This confirmation email will include a meeting link to the Microsoft Teams Meeting Ensure that the primary email address is spelled correctly.

5. At the time of your appointment, you are responsible for logging in and sending a message to your Success Advisor on Microsoft Teams. Please message your Success Advisor only at your scheduled appointment time. Messages sent without an appointment will not be answered. If you have logged in and you are not admitted into the meeting, send an email to your Success Advisor.
