In such cases, you may schedule the accommodated course assessment to occur within CALCS office hours and during a time that does not conflict with other classes.Your faculty will confirm the date and time you have requested.

You can set up your myCentennial emails to forward to a personal address. Log into your Office 365 account to set up auto-forwarding
Only your extended time accommodation will be visible to faculty to inform them when to pick up the completed assessment.

If you wish to access your "Double time on written answers" accommodation, you must book these assessments through CALCS. ATOMS cannot calculate this accommodation. However, if you will not require this accommodation, deselect this accommodation and proceed with the booking. You will be allotted time and a half.
You will have to delete the booking on ATOMS manually.
Contact your ALF, and they will update it in the system.
The booking will not be considered submitted until you reach the ATOMS confirmation page and have received the confirmation of booking email.
