Centennial Talks (Group) is a program designed for students to discover a wealth of valuable college resources while sharing inspiring stories. Our goal is to foster a community that prioritizes mental wellness and empowers students to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
By attending Centennial Talks (Group), you'll have the opportunity to:
- Gain valuable insights: Unlock a world of knowledge as our Peer team shares practical strategies and expert guidance on various wellness-related topics.
- Connect with like-minded individuals: Engage in meaningful discussions with fellow students who are also passionate about personal growth, resilience, and well-being.
- Access essential college resources: Centennial Talks facilitators will guide you in the right direction, need support accessing a college resource? Have questions or need clarification? A Peer Supporter can help!
- Develop Skills: Coping mechanisms, self-care practices, and tools to develop emotional intelligence, allowing you to overcome challenges and seize opportunities.
