Centennial College is deeply committed to “learning for all” and the development of its staff. Many of you may be aware of the College's commitment to annually offer the opportunity to all full-time employees and regular part-time (RPT) support staff members to participate in professional development activities through leaves of absence of up to one year in duration.
The purpose of a professional development leave is to allow employees to pursue academic study, professional renewal, upgrading and certification, technical skills learning, workplace experience or other learning activities that will enhance their capacity to contribute to our College and its learners.
