The new Research, Strategic Initiatives, EDI department is responsible for facilitating the implementation of IIRH college-wide initiatives including the Centennial EDI Institutional Capacity-Building Journey, the Anti-Black Racism Institutional Commitments and work of the Indigenous Strategic Framework. The function will also provide portfolio-focused research, evaluation and analytics support to further portfolio program effectiveness, which will assist in the development of annual reports.
