| Description | Building on Clinic 1 and Clinic 2, students will apply their knowledge and skills to the advanced facial treatments. In addition they will be able to recognize skin disorders, lesions, and contagious diseases. In this course the students will be able to perform body treatments, from basic to very advanced. Composing individual treatment courses for clients to achieve desired results for face and body is part of this clinic. All the equipment is used in these treatments, protocols are followed, client education and consultation, product knowledge, and many other important components of this program are put into practice, preparing students for placement, and eventually work. Demonstration of learning will be assessed in part through the contributions made to their professional portfolio. |
