| Description | In this course students will be introduced to disorders, dermatology, and special esthetic procedures. Advanced skin care in terms of treatment and client consultation are discussed. . Students will learn how to use up-to-date equipment, such as microdermabrasion, light therapy, lifting, ultrasound and more. Building on Lab 1 and Lab 2, students will apply their knowledge and skills to the Advanced Facial Treatments. Client education is an integral component of this course with emphasis on home recommendation and following a prescribed treatment course. |
