Parking Rates and Important Information

Welcome to Centennial College. The Emergency Management and Public Safety department is committed to making your stay on campus as safe and trouble-free as possible.

Parking services are provided through the Emergency Management and Public Safety and Real Estate Strategy & Facilities Operations departments. Community members and visitors on campus must pay for parking and display a valid permit. Permits may be purchased online through myCentennial, Enrolment Services for students, Campus Security for staff, or Pay Stations. Short-term parking is also available at all campuses.

To access permit lots, you MUST obtain a valid Centennial College myCard Photo ID. Tap your myCard on the parking gate keypad at the entry and exit gates of your selected lot. To obtain your valid myCard Photo ID, please start here at the myCard website.

All vehicles brought onto Centennial College property are solely at the operator's risk; Centennial College does not assume any liability for any damages or theft of vehicles or contents. Drivers are expected to follow all College Motor Vehicle Parking and Traffic Policies and Procedures, all relevant Provincial Legislation, and operate vehicles in a safe manner at all times, following the on-campus speed limit of 25 km/h.

Parking Permits

Parking permit or proof of payment is required and must be displayed at all times.

Centennial College uses a gated card access system, and gates are operational at all times. If the gates are up during permit hours, a permit must be displayed.

Permits are required to be displayed on the lower-left windshield or hanging from the rear-view mirror.

Parking permits are not transferable. It is not permissible to copy or resell a permit for any reason.

Parking privileges with a permit purchase are for the expressed use of the permit owner. To gain access to the parking lots, you are required to obtain a valid myCard photo ID. No additional parking gate cards will be issued for the Progress, Ashtonbee, and Story Arts Centre campuses. All parking access for these campuses will be gained using the myCard and permit purchase. The parking card access system requires the myCard to be used for entry and exit and can only be used again once a complete in/out transaction takes place.

Permit holders are authorized to park in Lot J (south side of Military Trail) and Lot G (north side of Military Trail, east of Morningside Avenue). Lot G also serves as overflow parking when Lot J is at capacity. All permits and gate cards are valid in both locations.
