These events are designed to support the well-being of our students and employees by offering approachable, meaningful ways to connect, de-stress, and learn more about mental health resources available to you.

What to Expect:

  • Therapy Dogs: Take a break, relax, and enjoy the calming company of therapy dogs.
  • Information & Resources: Access helpful materials and speak with representatives about the supports available for your mental health and well-being.
  • Connection & Care: Learn more about how Centennial is committed to creating a psychologically safe and healthy community.
