Wellness Week

The CALCS – Student Health and Wellness team, in partnership with CCSAI, is dedicated to supporting you in your journey as a Centennial student. Wellness Week(s) are designated weeks during the semester where learners are encouraged to take a well-deserved break before final exams and final papers.
