Addressing and navigating challenging behaviour within the college community can be complex, particularly while balancing academic responsibilities or other aspects related to student life. We provide consultation and support to students and staff as they navigate student conduct matters within the college community.
Through fair and transparent investigation and adjudication processes, we promote clarity, accountability, and care, helping students better understand expectations and outcomes.
We also offer coaching to support conflict resolution in alignment with college policies. Where appropriate, we facilitate mediation and restorative practices to encourage meaningful, respectful, and constructive resolutions.
Students are encouraged to access the Rights and Responsibilities resource (pdf), which outlines their rights, expectations, and important information related to conduct processes, supporting a clearer understanding of responsibilities and available supports.
