A students in the advanced manufacturing micro-credentials class

Centennial College, and Downsview Aerospace Innovation and Research (DAIR) in partnership with the Ontario Aerospace Council (OAC) and the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training, and Skills Development, is offering a government funded program of competency-based training to address skills shortages within the advanced manufacturing and Aerospace sector at no cost. The program requires ten hours per week commitment, in the evenings and weekends (Saturday). Courses involve hybrid online and/or in-person lectures and lab training.

Admission Requirements:

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or General Education Development (GED), or equivalent; OR Mature Student Status (19 years or older)
  • Manufacturing/plant experience is considered an asset
  • Domestic Students Only
