Students can now submit inquiries and documents directly to Student Financial Services via CASS - Centennial Access to Student Services form. The queue will streamline student inquiries and document uploads related to scholarships and bursaries, the Ontario Student Assistance Program, tuition deposit waivers, promissory notes and more. The efficiency will allow us to enhance how we support students’ financial needs.
4 EASY STEPS: CURRENT STUDENTS
- Log in to myCentennial
- Click CASS – Centennial Access to Student Services form link
- View the status of a previous request or submit a new request
- Fill out the appropriate form and submit your request
Your request will be directed to Student Financial Services, where we will process it as soon as possible. Please be patient during peak periods. It may take a few days to respond to your request. If necessary, a team member will contact you for more information or if further action is required. It is neither necessary nor helpful when students submit multiple requests or a separate email for the same issue. Thank you for your understanding.
