Psychological Wellness is a state of mental well-being that enables people to cope with the stresses of life, realize their abilities, learn well and work well, and contribute to their community.

Intellectual Wellness

Intellectual wellness involves lifelong learning through an openness to new ideas, concepts, experiences and the desire to learn from challenges.

Occupational Wellness

Occupational wellness involves using one’s skills and talents while participating in meaningful and purposeful activities including employment.

Environmental Wellness

Environmental Wellness involves being and feeling physically safe, in safe and clean surroundings, and being able to access clean air, food, and water. Includes both our micro-environment (the places where we live, learn, work, etc.) and our macro-environment (our communities, country, and whole planet).

Spiritual Wellness

Spiritual wellness involves finding meaning in your experiences and defining your purpose while being open to the diverse beliefs and backgrounds of others. Being spiritually sound enables you to strike a balance between what lies within you andthe external factors and forces you face.

Social Wellness

Social wellness involves developing and maintaining healthy relationships, and the ability to interact with others in home, school, work and community environments.
