Who We Are
The Queering Community Student Collective (QCSC) is a community space for 2SLGBTQQIA+ (Two-Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, and asexual) students and allies at Centennial College.
QCSC creates opportunities for 2SLGBTQQIA+ students and allies to build community, learn, connect, and engage with one another. We recognize the diversity within 2SLGBTQQIA+ communities and are committed to creating a respectful and inclusive environment for students across Centennial College.
Meet your QCSC Leaders
Sofi (she/her) is the Queering Community Student Collective Liaison for 2026. She is completing her studies in Social Service Work at Centennial College’s Ashtonbee Campus.
Katherine (she/her) is an Addiction and Mental Health Worker student at Ashtonbee Campus. She works as the Queering Community Student Collective Media and Communications Support.
What We Do
QCSC hosts regular meetups and events where students can connect, build friendships, and spend time in community.
We host both in-person and hybrid meetups where 2SLGBTQQIA+ students and allies can meet other students, take part in conversations and activities, or simply spend time together.
Activities vary throughout the semester and may include games, creative activities, group discussions, educational programming, guest speakers, social events, and collaborations with other Centennial College groups and services.
There is no pressure to participate in every activity or conversation. Students are welcome to join in whatever way feels comfortable for them.
If you are looking for health, mental health, or other support resources, the QCSC team can also help connect you with appropriate Centennial College or community resources.

Become a QCSC Campus Leader
QCSC is currently looking for students interested in helping build community at Morningside and Downsview campuses.
Campus leaders work with the QCSC Liaison to help host regular meetups at their home campus and support the continued growth of QCSC across Centennial College.
