The new Centennial Residence and Culinary Arts Centre and the Library and Academic Facility were both designed by Diamond and Schmitt Architects Incorporated. Established in 1975, this team of architects is recognized nationally and internationally for innovative design excellence in a broad range of building types, and for its responsible project management and budget control. The firm has received more than 150 regional, national and international design awards, including six Governor General's Awards for architecture. Diamond and Schmitt has worked with education, health care, government and private clients to design spaces for academic buildings, exhibitions, medical and research facilities, performing arts centres, and mixed-use projects. 

The Ashtonbee Campus Renewal Project was designed by MJMA | Stantec (Architects in Association), a Toronto based design firm established in 1988. This Studio-based practice of five partners and 30 staff has gained a national reputation for delivering innovative and cost-effective design solutions in broad range of building types with expertise in Recreation, Wellness, Workplace and Educational facilities.  The practice’s singular focus on providing elegant design solutions tailored to their client’s programmatic needs has resulted in numerous national and international design awards within the Urban Design, Architecture, Interior Design and Branding categories, including a Governor General’s Award for Architecture.

The new Athletic and Wellness Centre was designed by Kongats Architects, a Toronto architectural firm established in 1990. The firm is gaining a national reputation for its innovation designs of important cultural and public institutions and for its ability to work closely with its clients to deliver distinctive design solutions that meet the client's program and site specifics. The firm has been honored both as a team and as individual architects by a number of awards, including receiving a Governor General's Medal for Architecture and an Ontario Association Of Architects Architectural Excellence Award in 2002 for its design for the Centennial College Student Centre.
