- Tuition deposit due date for Winter 2026: Tuesday, November 25, 2025
- Winter 2026 semester begins for most day programs: Monday, January 12, 2026
- Course change deadline for Winter 2026: Monday, January 19, 2026
- Winter 2026 deadline to withdraw with partial refund of fees: Monday, January 26, 2026
Block Base to Course Base
The Block Base to Course Base period will begin on Monday, December 15, 2025.
This is where timetable selection will change from Block Based Registration Mode to Course Based Registration and allows access to courses from other semesters of your program.

Complete the CASS Form once and submit it, a staff member will provide the corresponding assistance.
- Course Add or Drop (if you are unable to add the course through self-service web registration)
- Apply for a Program Transfer or Re-admission into a program
- Request a domestic student enrolment letter – International students can request an enrolment letter by submitting an online request available here
- Request a form to be completed by the College
- Academic Advising (your school advisors)
- Program Withdrawal – Domestic Students
- OSAP, Scholarships, Bursaries and General Financial Services support
- International Students - Study/Work Permits and Visa Support
Access CASS – Centennial Access to Student Service in just 5 Easy Steps!
- Log into myCentennial
- Go to Registration Services (under Registration Information)
- Locate CASS on the screen
- Complete the online CASS form
- Your request will be directed to your School or service area for processing.
- If necessary, a team member will be in touch for more information or if further action is required.
Please note, once you submit your request there is no need to send additional or multiple requests or separate emails.
